Raymond Island and the Gippsland Lakes area is a widely popular destination for fishing, boating, and other popular water activities.

We are situated in the Gippsland Lakes, across from the town-ship of Paynesville, which is a short water ferry trip (at a fee for cars or free for pedestrians).

We are closely located to The Eagle Point Silt Jetties (18.7kms away, located at Eagle Point Bluff Lookout), they are a unique global geological marvel, known as the longest elongated sand bank (Silt Jetties) stretching over approx. 8km in length,  the most prominent 'finger' or 'digitate' delta (a narrow natural formation that are often a fragile barrier guiding the path of the river into the lake) in the world.
